Two Classic Wonder Weapons Returning in Black Ops 6 Zombies map Liberty Falls

Two classic Call of Duty: Zombie Wonder Weapons are returning with the upcoming Black Ops 6 Zombies map Liberty Falls, releasing on October 25. Both of these Wonder Weapons have been spotted, thus confirming them, in the limited Liberty Falls official footage we've been shown.

Wonder Weapons in Black Ops 6 Zombies Liberty Falls

Wonder Weapons are a staple of not only Black Ops Zombies, but Call of Duty Zombies in its entirety. They date back as far as World at War with the Ray Gun and Wunderwaffe DG-2. They are usually over-powered weapons that players can either find or craft by finding parts scattered across the Zombies maps.

Wonder Weapons have appeared in many shapes and sizes in nearly every single Call of Duty Zombies game not just from Treyarch, but Infinity Ward and Sledgehammer's attempts at the mode.

Confirmed Wonder Weapons for Liberty Falls

The two Wonder Weapons currently confirmed for the mode are the classic Jet Gun and the Wunderwaffe DG-2. That being said, there may be a couple more yet to be confirmed.

Jet Gun Wonder Weapon

The Thrustodyne Aeronautics Model 23, or Jet Gun as it is more commonly known, was first introduced in Black Ops II's TranZit map. Players could build this Wonder Weapon by collecting several parts - including the Jet Turbine, Spool of Wire, a Gauge, and a Motorcycle Handbrake.

Once each piece was collected, the player could build the Jet Gun on a workbench within the Town area of Tranzit. The Jet Gun works by sucking Zombies towards it and then pulling them into its rotors. Unlike most other Wonder Weapons, the Jet Gun could break if overused by the player.

As it stands it is unclear if the Jet Gun will be buildable as it once was in Black Ops 6 Zombies. We don't know if it'll break or if there have been any changes to its effects.

Wunderwaffe DG-2 Wonder Weapon

The second confirmed Wonder Weapon is one of the oldest special weapons in the Call of Duty Zombies mode. The Wunderwaffe DG-2 features heavily in the Liberty Falls intro cutscene.

Originally appearing in two World at War maps, Shi No Numa and Der Riese, the Wunderwaffe DG-2 fires blue lightening bolts that are capable of chaining up to 10 zombies at a time, or 24 once Pack-a-Punched. The Wunderwaffe DG-2 has appeared as recently as Modern Warfare Zombies.

Richtofen grabs the Wunderwaffe DG-2 from his desk and proceeds to wield it as he tries to gain access to his secret lab below Liberty Falls in the Liberty Falls Intro Cinematic, confirming it will be available on the map.
